New Academy system

-Let's imagine that what is right now a "round to obtain Youngers" give us points.... or stars

Lets imagine that we receive a 2 stars + 5 stars so 7 in the place to receive 2 random players....

Now let's imagine that this friendzoned friend called Mourinho owns a nice academy where to deal with the stars, that would be something like the "scouting power" so, the academy (the actual Mou team**) have 2*, 3*... 4..5 and some 6*....

The 2 and 3* can be exchanged using these stars saved, and, the 4*-5* and 6 would be like before, of payment, + a recommendations style option all inside the (now yes) our Best Friend of the List, Señor José academy which would have more positions availability.
