Looking for a platinum association

After this weekend I MAY be looking for a new association. I'm in gold 2 but my captain kicked some good managers out and brought in lesser managers and we've been getting wrecked

I'm going to finish this weekend with them and see what happens and will update this post to confirm if I'm looking for platinum association.
