is there "team chemistry " in this miserable game,..i mean that the more ur players play together,...the better results u get,...!!!!!!

and if there is nothing like that,......why my results became fu*ed up after improving my team from (avg. skill 23 to avg skill 30.) with the same formation, tactics, good morale and also in the same season ???????

anyone have any explanation ???
