team chemistry

is there "team chemistry " in this miserable game,..i mean that the more ur players play together,...the better results u get,...!!!!!!

and if there is nothing like that,......why my results became fu*ed up after improving my team from (avg. skill 23 to avg skill 30.) with the same formation, tactics, good morale and also in the same season ???????

anyone have any explanation ???

Well my star player Petersen tends to play better when Mata is playing on the other wing, as opposed to Cazorla.

So I'm thinking there is some sort of team chemistry...

I believe there is, but then again it could be just coincidence or just something I tend to believe (make up in my mind).

I've noticed when playing the 4-5-1v the left centre mid usually gets bad ratings. And my 45Q defender is better than my scout! My right winger who is 47Q is so good I've given him the captains arm band.

My team always seems to play better when its a settled team. I've also noticed that making substitutions during a match can adversely affect the team.
