Lower price of re-scheduling home games to 1 token

I'm going to speak-up for the players that run on a 35T a season budget and everything is expensive enough token-wise when for a good number of players that tokens are a limited source, some of these 35T a season players also will have some awkward kick-off times to comprehend.

I feel for these players (like the occasion when renaming players used to cost 3T and was soon lowered to just 1T) that the same should be done here to accommodate ALL players regarding the total spectrum of everyone playing the game.

Therefore on this analysis I believe that the cost of rescheduling games should be lowered from 2T to 1T especially when the new '3 hour' rule comes into play it could push some matches into some awkward kick-off times in what would of been normal kick-off times.
