learning (possition and special abilities)

Hi. In the game is absolutly unreal learning new possitions or special abilities.
There are very hard or expencive to learn player it. 50 skill point is too much!!!
Every real low team have own specialit for free kick, penaty o corners kick. But in the game you dont have if you dont use more real money. I think it will be better, if you are change 50 skill point to 50 tokens.
With this change will be this game more real.

It'd just make things easier for token buyers. And surely a more realistic way of training a new position is to actually .. train it?
