    In Match Form Rating

Our substitutes shouldn't be just based on condition or perhaps tactics if things are not going our way.

We should be able to see the performance rating of our players during the game as opposed to just after it.

Otherwise I may accidentally take off someone who is actually playing really well and leave on someone who is having a shocking performance.

If you watch the game fully, you can have an idea on who is playing well and who isn't...

Who is giving the ball away a lot? Who keeps making bad tackles? Who doesn't appear in the comments during attacks? Who keeps missing shots?

    Those are things to consider.

Indeed, it's also a good way to see if your tactics are working ... for eg. if you're using attack down both flanks and you never see your wingers names come up, you know something is wrong.
