Its impossible to know the expected attendance to a match, and once it starts its too late to change the ticket price. It will be good to have this info at least few hours before the match so u can set a proper price to have the 5% bonus possession.

Is not impossible, you can test whats the price for full stadium at your level and you will have always full or 90%+

Hum... but it depends on ticket price, and sometimes i messed it up in matches where this 5% can give you an edge.

Yes, don't adjust your ticket prices too much. Find the price that gives you about 4 or 5% bonus. I usually adjust it to have 4% bonus possession, sometimes I still get a full house.
