Top rated players tweak

This is a pretty simple one; there should be a minimum ratio of a team's league games a player has appeared in for him to qualify for the top rated players list. Just kind of annoying to see a player who played 1 game with an 8 rating ranked ahead of mine who played like 17 with an 7.85 average. I mean that's pretty standard; a guy can't win the batting title in baseball with a .500 avg over four at bats lol

I agree though, there should be a minimum # of matches played to be eligible for the top lists
