International World Cup

Once every four seasons for all Top Eleven players we should have a world cup.

Nationalities: All nations may qualify
How are players chosen to represent their country: Selected by the server. Preferably most players would have high skill sets, how else do they get chosen to represent their country?
Qualifiers: Much like the actual FIFA qualifiers, teams go through several group stages and eventually a few are selected from each continent (except Antarctica)
Matches: Played much like the Champions League. Players who have played for their country should get experience and skill points. Possibly if one gets a player of the tournament award he could get a new special skill.
Ain't Nobody Got Time For Dat: Every four seasons, Top Eleven can use the amount of days left from that season end to the end of the month so that the new season starts at the beginning of the month. Example: A league starts on the 1st of March. After four seasons, the League should end somewhere around the 20th of June. We have ten whole days to play a world cup until the start of next season.
Managers: The International squads are run by bots. Managers can use this time to play friendlies and make transfers like any pre-season, just that they will be missing players who have been called up to represent their country.

I'd be preferred to be hired as a coach to lead a national team in International World Cup Otherwise, I see no benefit of having the tournament run by bots ... and our players get drafted and may come back with injury.

What I meant is that if our achievement record is good enough, we can be hired to manage a national team beside our club. We are talking about the International World Cup as suggested because I see no point of having that Cup run by computer bots, and we do nothing.
