Give us some incentives to spend tokens on actually improving players or facilities.
IMO the charge of 40-50 tokens for SA and second/third positions is far to expensive even for a 18yo currently 8sp = 32 tokens, or circa $5m at L4, are you serious!
You may as well sell them and buy one already with the abilities you want for less tokens.

Incentives create spending, tokens are what makes Nordeus tick.
300+ Tokens for the last three weeks and nothing to spend them on.
Wasting them on rushing through upgrades is a waste as you get no benefits.

I agree, that and the cost to sign 4 star youth players from my own academy is insane.

Skills, positions and youth recruits need to be a lot cheaper.

They did it with renames, so I don't see why they can't with these. People will probably spend more as a result because they want to perfect their team with skills and additional positions.
