Play a Friendly Match for avilable Team and win bounce money if U r the (Host ) !!!

Hi there

as You know the friendly matches are not fair for the player(team 1) who wont to play or the player(team 2)who doesn't want to pay
( in which the team 1 who are the host does not win any bounce of money as a ticket for the host match and at same time the team 2 most of the time did not know about the time of the match and can not cancel the match and the match happen with out any conformation request ..... )

So i suggest to make another type of friendly match
in which there will be a player (team ) who are really ready to play a live friendly match
by putting them self in a field called ( live friendly match )
So by that we can play and win a bounce money by hosting a match and not unfairness the opposite team
i hope my suggestion is clear and sorry for my English languages
