Avatar, club site and national teams

It's pretty cool that we can make logo for our club, but i miss the option to make the avatar / manager. A bigger club site would be nice too where we could see transfers, best leauge reached for the manager, and so on. National teams would be really nice too. One of the best managers from each country could be national coach (if he want it of course or there could be a vote). Then he should pick the best players from that country and play against other countries. It would be like 4 matches every season where the match is played in the week so all people could watch the match from their country. I know that you can change name and country on a player for 1 token, but i'll guess it's easy to remove it. What do you think? :-)
