Option to cancel construction

It could be good to have the option to cancel constructions. Sometimes you are wrong and i'd like to have the option of cancel a construction, for example when upgrade de stadium, that cost too much days.

Absolutely pointless because you'll just be wasting your own time by cancelling it. On top of that you'll have to complete the stadium sooner or later, the duration won't change.
