Have plus sign but why don't have minus sign in the skills of player ?

He's asking for a minus sign when assigning earned points. He's NOT asking to remove already applied points. So that when assigning, say, 15 or so points you don't have to clear and start from scratch if you make a mistake.

this ^^ i want to assign 30 for defense but go 31 means i have to start over again so would be easier just -1 rather than start from scratch again
