Have plus sign but why don't have minus sign in the skills of player ?

Gee I wish my players could "newly" gain 30 points, yeah? I do think I understand what the suggestion is now, spornybol described it well.
So it would be a nice convenience for those who save skill points.
Click slower until they add the "-"
