So many times I find a player on negotiation list and when I try to make offer for the player, I discover that the manager is from a level below me which means that the player is a scout for him.

I wish you add a filter where I can choose to show players from managers from same level and levels above me, that way the player would be 5* for me and the manager I am negotiating with (if he is from same level as I am) or in case of a manger from higher level the player would be 4 or 3* for that manager so he won't mind letting the player go for reasonable price.
