Yellow/red card

Much of my player get often a yellow and a red card some players exery 2 games they have a red card my idea is to talk with the player and say them if you get every 2 games a card you must pay to the club or talk to the player when they play good or bad or something like that. What you think of my idea ? Sorry for my english

After the lust match i have 3 players with a red card it pissing me on

So you want the club to profit from its players having bad discipline? I don't think it works like that, only in extreme cases like Balotelli's.

No i want that the player lern more disziplin like on the manager game at the pc , you know what i mean ? talk with the players to increase the moral of them and things like this

Sorry if I came across as a bit cold, I didn't mean to be, just wanted to know what your idea actually was, and that was what it sounded like to me. I'm not sure I've ever seen a feature like this on any manager game.

Does morale actually go down because of a suspension or booking? Does anybody know?

About red/yellow card as the thread say at the beg. : this because the hard tackling and you should play with easy tackling when you face weak team ... and normal tackling when you face strong team ... and the hard tackling only when you face too much strong team and you want to your opponent not be able to carryout his tactics as needed

but if you talking about talking to the players and make the game more real and near what happen in real life ... then it's a part of madness I'm so sorry.
