The substitutions are realistic. It can take more than 5 mins irl. But I give you +1 for live game feedback on the players, this would a good change to the tactical perspective.

For this, I have actually started a thread asking for simple "Half-Time Player Rating" but yet nothing was done so far.
Even if they cant do it, they wont even say so. Just heck care. HAHA

I would also like to see the grades atleast during half time.
the entire tactics and substitutions is one big gamble now. when i watch a game that is not going how i would expect, i would atleast like to have some clue about where it is going wrong. so i can take a gamble when i change things
