two new features should be added to transfers...

1) being able to remove a player from the transfer list if you change your mind.

2) when looking at other teams you should be able to directly approach that club to sign a player, with this it should cost 5 tokens and the transfer fee which can be negotiated within 10% in either direction by the managers involved.
