Choosing Youngsters Roles

It would be better if we chose the youngsters positions because i was waiting a GK for 5 seasons and it didn't give me.
And the choosing to be like:

sort of like adding a bonus to our preferred player position without controlling the youth team too much. i think it should be just a single position though, and of course, lower the cost of recruiting dem youngens

This idea in not mine. This idea comes from the other offline football managers games. Sometimes it's better to use the experience from others and make the things even better.

i too saw it elsewhere. the power to at least influence what players you get from the youth team. im surpirsed many games havent taken this suggestion and implement it. im sure IRL some coach might yell out 'hey yer youngens, whoever can become my next keeperll get this pretty bag o coins' or something. at least make the more expensive youth player our preferred position

This is one of my greatest football manager games. Its to bad that this is not online. From this game i suggest it. But the youngster in this game is starting with 16 years and u can watch him or take him in your squad to play with the seniors. The maximum years that he can stay in the youth academy is 18 years and then the game is warning u that u need to take him in your squad or he will leave the club.

We should be able to pick and choose what comes to us from our youth academy (or at least strongly encourage).

I want a GK, you give me a GK. I spend tokens!!!!!

Or maybe it will be good if for example my youth academy gives me every 12 days 2 new players.

And it will be good if we know what 2 new players will come for that 12 days.

So in that case we will know if we want to save the tokens or spend them on auction or negotiations.

This will save for my 12 days 15 tokens and plus 7 days that will be like 23 or 24 tokens to collect.

Witch give us enough time to collect the tokens for keeping the youth in our team.
