I think it is fair enough for semi-free game. However, this game about think how build a team, not built an individual skill or think how many bonuses you earn. The succession make you proud and will bring honour. It is enough, if you want more... prepare your bucks because it will cost more for the ambitious manager anyone agree with me?

Money is not to blame. If you will give bonuses to players, it will be a great incentive to win this race. Maybe this will help to spend real money to improve the players!
