idea to make your players better

Now we know that the players can train and you can make them better, the skill point can be added but it goas automatic to passing, crossing, condition, finishing ect ect it choose by it selfs.

Is it not a good idea to let the manager choose wich skill he wanna improve for his player.?

i give a example, i improve my goal keeper
I want to make him better on positioning, but it goas automatic to header its sound weird not.?

It would be great if you can choose where you skill point go i think
