reset the squad at the end of the season

i think that you should reset every thing at the end of season..
every time the season ends :
    players get 100% health
    players get 100% moral
    no injuries from past season

because in real life u have a 3-4 months between seasons (thats a long time to heal and to get moral to next year)
you can keep the yellow and red cards.. just like in real soccer

that way at the and of the season you can train all the players harder.. so they have a little bit more skill next season

that is the least you can do for all of us managers.. after you give us 3-4 injuries a week (most of them for 5-6 days)

For the length of injuries, I agree they should be decreased, about 5 days is reasonable, I guess.

For condition and morale, no, they should go through the usual. Especially condition, managers would be training players to 0% condition just before the season update, and managers don't kill their players in real life to let them recover over pre-season, they still go through normal training. Some players even go for international tournaments during pre-season.

Also, aren't yellow cards removed at the end of the season in real life?
    God Bless!

Condition and Morale should go up by around 10%

in real life the yellow and red cards are not removed in the next season
but in real life the players do have 2-3 months to rest and heel.. shore there is a friendly matches.. but they dont play hard
most of the players starts season in real life as fresh as they can

maybe if the players condition is below 50 at the end of the season the manager should have to pay for some sort of hospital fee (100k or so should prevent people training their teams to death at the end of season) but otherwise, i completely agree with this motion
