Whats the difference between this and negotions?

I've never heard of negotiations before (partly because I'm quite new to the game), could you explain what it is and how to do it?

You cannot bid for scout players. Only 5* players and below dat. For example look at one of your friend's squad. Pick a player who is 5* for you and you will see 'bid for player' sign or something like that. You can offer the owner some money + tokens. You can only offer money too, but generally managers do not accept that offer. Btw, you should pay 7 tokens (minimum) to make a bid for a managers player. I mean you should pay some tokens for nordeus, and the manager.

Yeah you can ask for your friend's players and they may accept to give him to you
But as i told you before, you need to pay minimum 7 tokens to make a bid. (No tokens for the seller)

No, you just get them back

Ok but I think it would be better if you also had the option to trade players
