Transfers - Selling players

Hello,
I think the transfer market tool is not good. I play since oct/2011 and never was so difficult to sell players.
The players that I put to sell I think they will be showed only to the coachs in the same level. So, the player that I have and they are not good to my level, will not be good to anyone.
There isn't too much options to buy players. I don't know, the engine of the transfer market is not good.
I hope Top Eleven developers will be able to improve or put to run the old system.
