I wish the management could develop the player market for direct transfers involving player swaps & additional money in the transfer market.

As well as the option of having a manager post a 'for-sale' tag on a player, have several offers, and then choose where to sell the player.

It would also be nice to include the audio especially in match-play to have a more realistic feel in the game.

Another option is to have friendlies, and other matches hosted at the stadiums to boost income of the hosting team.
For example, a match played on neutral venue by 2 other teams, and then a portion of ticket income coming to the host team/ stadium owner!

If they give the managers the choice as to which team he goes to, this would be abused.
