    No, I honestly don't know what you mean: in the cup we usually get paired with teams from lower levels in preliminary and then from higher levels in the knock-out.

    I've never seen a team from a lower level in the same Cup I was... There were just higher level teams and some with the same level as I have... ;-)

    Sometimes in the 1st round you get a team 1 or 2 levels lower. At least that's how it has been, dunno about current situation.
