I only get same level teams in the Cup when my teams are low-starred. For a 5* team your very likely to be drawn with 3/4* teams 2 levels above etc. Sometimes it'll be a numbers game....if there are loads of same level same quality teams around you'll be paired with them. ...........IMO!
