Talk your player or players out of retiring

As stands now you get a email saying a certain player is going to retire at the end of the season which you have a option of Selling him and Sacking him for a early retirement.

My idea is to be able to talk to the player or players and see if you can talk them out of retiring at the end of season.

Either make it where you can use TOKENS or maybe Manager Points if there is a such a thing in the game.

sounds like a decent idea, plus nordeus gets money. So it could actually be implemented. Also if you sack them they don't go into early retirement, they go on the transfer market
