No auto subsitutes

Hey there, yesterday I had a champions league match against a better player that me.
So of course I watched the match to get extra possession.
Later, I went off the do something else as we played 0:0
At the end I saw that my gk got injured and he didn't get substituted, so I lost 4:0 its so annoying that the auto substitute didn't work...

When did the GK got injured, because it needs some time till' a sub is made. Or maybe he was RES and not SUB.

Afaik, auto-sub gets disabled while you're watching. Even if you close the window and go somewhere else the system still treats you as being there.
