New Function - Change Special Ability

Hi to all,

I've been following the forum for quite some time and would like to add my thanks for the advice the regulars have given as it's helped me tremendously.

My Team's called Zooty Toon, currently Level 9 and having a pretty mediocre season, think I'll finish 3rd in the league, out the cup early and 2-1 down in the Champion's League semi so not all bad.

Anyway I was just wondering what you all thought about the ability to change the special ability of a player - no doubt nordeus would want to cash in the function so a cost of approx 10 tokens (since the minimum you'd have paid to get the SA is 40).

The reason I ask is I kept all the skill points last season and he was scoring free kicks for fun so made him a free kick specialist but this season he's turned out to be my numero uno corner taker - have any of you given a player a SA only to realise the next season it was possibly not the right one?

Have only ever trained a SA a couple of times and never regretted it, but would rather buy a player with the one I'm after and use the 40/50 skill points to advance them a over half a star.

My number one striker scored four goals tonight.One from a pen and two from free kicks and has SA in neither.I have two defenders that clear corners with their heads 99/100 yet neither have aerial ability SA.The SA is there in your players without wasting valuable skill points,you just have to find them.

Thanks for the answers guys, I usually just put the skill points to the skills but my existing free kick taker was getting on a bit and his conversation rate was dropping.

I know what you mean about the ability being there and "finding" it - patience has never been my strong point.
