Players on loan

I think it would be a good idea to put players on loan because there are good young players that just don't have the chance to play many matches so you can loan them to another team.Once you have loaned them they will be on the loan list for people to loan them on. After they have been loaned the player will come back to your team the next season.

How would you feel if that loaned player came back with a broken leg with 16 days left to heal, no morale and no condition either? Would you still feel it was a good idea?

My feelings are if you don't play the guy, it would be easier to sell him and buy someone younger next season.

Unless you have the fastest trainer ever and can trust the other manager to spend green packs on him, he will not keep pace with the quality of your team if you get promoted every season. So loaning is not necessarily the best idea.
Also just an observation, there have been plenty of loaning player threads, so it would probably be more constructive to comment on those, instead of creating a brand new thread.
