But organizing one in top eleven would be a nightmare and would take way too much work then what nordeus would like to spend to make it happen

Uhm. Because nationality is changeable, what would it mean? And there are not that many players of certain nationalities, and many of others, like I bet there is one U.S. or Aussie team for every 100 English, Turkish or Spanish teams.
