Why in Champions League the teams are not at the same level?
Let all teams to be at the same level. Because it's very hard to beats someone who is one level up.

That only happens If the there arent enought teams in the level above your to make a CL DRAW. If thats the case the highest quality teams frm thevlevel below, Will play Cl one level higher, the only advantage for them is the prize money being higher.
