As far as I'm concerned, Auto-Subs doesn't work at all. The number of times I've not been at a match, an Auto-Sub is needed for a player injury and the replacement has not been anywhere near what is needed, e.g. a MR comes on for an injured ST, even though there's an ST on the bench...
