Youth players from the academy is a 'joke'. Why can't teams have 5-star and above youth players from the academy? The equivalent for real-life academy in this game is the place where 5 star 18 year old players (nordgens) come from, except that the academy is not yours and you have to bid and compete with other users to get a player.

There are so many wrong things in this game; among are excessive injuries, strange results, and the quality of players coming from the academy (including their cost).
