category for autoassign skill points on desktop version

as the title says, we should be able to select which categories to improve when auto assigning skill points
the feature is available on mobile, I believe it should be added to desktop version too

I'm for that so long as autoassign isn't mandatory, and if they fixed it so it 100 times out of 100 went to where that check mark is.
