Referee Lists and tackles ingame

How about Top Eleven making a referee's list so you know who's stricter than the rest and who will be in charge of your match?
Also that could help on the tactics and the strength of tackles, maybe?

This could be an option in as the level/standard of computer referee's dishing out cards in this game is laughable to say the least. Also allow Att/Mid/Def the ability to have different levels of tackles, set these before and during the game, maybe?

Any thoughts on this one?

A random game and referees don't mix up; it's quite ironic TBH. IMO all the matches are officiated by the same and only referee — Nordeus! They're experts in fixing matches!
