Supporting friends matches

In a recent game my opponent had about 20% increase in possession due to the number of 'friends' he had watching. Some of these were blank faced "unavailable".
Is it possible to put a restriction of the number of friends watching games and ensure these are current players, it feels the system is being abused a bit by some players.

Hey, no worries my friend because isn't exactly like this.

Not sure why those guys had blank faces, probably because you don't share the same servers with them and the game don't sync very well.

Regarding the ball possession it's easy because no matter how many friends you have only, you can't have more then 15%, there's a cap.
