I don't know about 3 exactly what do you mean ?
I said some time ago that I would like to see some game devs to write some comments (from time to time) if some suggestions can be applied or not and explain why (thoughts, problems, opinion).
As about 4, hmm a little pessimistic - lol
Some suggestion became reality
live rates or youger scouts (recommended players)
