I think the speed is good and if you want more you can always use tokens to rush the construction. The current version is creating and advantage both for the game and for the the player.

In angle of service provider, Nordeus may not want managers quickly complete everything, try out everything, and quickly left. Moreover, they want manager to pay tokens to speed up building.
