morgan, the other problem you say is about the advantage people can make of it.
but just like guido said, you must indicate that you want a rest for next season. so if you see your oppenents you're to late.

And, Morgan, of course a pausing player is not allowed for any actions (transfers, collecting token through adds, etc.) He only may BUY token from Nordeus for cash if he wants (e.g. for extending his freeze for another season), but that's it.

So, off course it has to be sure, that the player pausing cannot create any advantage out of his pause - exept for some time off.
