I think that it will be very helpful if we can have 2 shemes for the team. For example i have one sheme for oficial match and another one for friendlies. My footballers has different skills and conditions. So after friendlies i can forget to change sheme for oficial match and of course i'm loosing. When i enter the game in 5 minutes before, I understood that players who played in friendlies now will play oficial. So my suggestion:
1) Sheme one - oficial. you fulfill players
2) Sheme two - friendly. you fulfill players. So it will be very easy to change shemes and you spend fewer time to prepare team.
