Seems to work for you?
Looks weak to flank attacks, and you might have more coverage to focus passing through the middle. I don't play anything like that formation, I'm no expert.
Try DL-DC-DR at defence.. That worked for me most of the time

You do not have a good enough Aml & Amr for this formation
