New League Matchups

I object. I hate to find some leagues are full of 6 or more star teams while some teams consists of 3 star or even star teams again.

If I play for only a few seasons, I will enjoy competing in league that all teams have similar competitiveness. But I play the game for many seasons. I prefer the league system is fair to all teams in same level.

I think the league draw method adopted in last 3 or 4 seasons is not perfect but acceptable. In my opinion, pure random drawing is the best method. Then we can expect difficulties of all leagues in same level are the same.
