Suggestion on gameplay
1) To have own goals
2) To have some player who like to diving and simulation (punished by referee if found out)
3) To have more violent players who like to inflict injuries on others
4) Time wasting tactics (By goalkeeper... punished if do too many times)

Suggestion on game management
1) Option to mark some managers (perhaps up to 2... must be agreed by the other manager as well) as nemesis... so every match played will be a derby game (Players automatically.. up in morale.. high scoring... violent game)
2) To ban other players to add you as friend
3) Not too allow chat between players as it will resulting in threatening, trolling, mocking, bribing and bullying
