Giving token rewards for league, CL and cup winners will be a great idea to reinforce their teams for the next season.

35 tokens seems like plenty, this just unbalances each level so that the strongest teams might get stronger. More inequality.
If you spent 10 tokens bidding on 2 players each season, you could still replace most of a team with 35 tokens, and many managers do.
I foresee this pricing some managers out of bidding wars for best auctions, again advantage to strongest teams, and leading to more liberal auction strategies, benefiting Nordeus.
Would be interested to know how average # bids per auction changes after a token survey when many managers see an influx of tokens.

Also, simply asking for more tokens is somewhere between begging and a real suggestion. Why don't you try to develop your plan, or at least a justification for it before continuing. Everyone wants more, more, more. So help create a strong argument for that change.

At the end of the season

1st place 20 tokens
2nd place 15 tokens
3rd place 10 tokens
4th place 5 tokens
From 5th to 8th at least 2 tokens for Being promoted.

Just as you give tokens when promoted to the next level in association matches

This will help rebuild the team when the team form reduces by 20% at the beginning of the New season .👍

associations already giving tokens for reward (and this is playing vs about equal teams).
This season my teams won 15 tokens each and next season 20.
I would prefer a jersey saying 25 Lv Champions

I have seen league winners relegated due to lack of resources to strengthen the team for the next season
There are enough cash rewards, which are useless without tokens, what's the point of having exorbitant cash revenue and no tokens to put them into negotiations or auction
