hmm, I checked that and cannot see anymore in the new version.
It was in the old mobile version (some kind of Italian name).
Anyway, there is an easier way.
You make a google play account (better with a gmail).
You buy a google play credit card (here in Greece you can find in any electronics store and big super markets).
It's in a black envelop and gives you a code number. It's 5-10-15 or more $.
You charge your google account, go to the game, tab token and buy them from google play.
I bought last weak for my kid, 5$ for clash of clans, some jems/gold. It had 50 % discount.
