At least 4 of my players got the higher rating compared to the actual MoM, which is the ST from the winning team.

Shouldn't the MoM given to any team that has the highest rated player in the game? Not just the winning team?

But it's awarded to, essentially, the player who most factors into the win. It's weird when you have multiple players with 10 rating as well.

In real football the rating doesn't matter when speaking about MoM. Example given, a midfielder got the highest rating, but if the goalie parried out every single shot from the opposition and his team won 1-0, obviously the MoM will be the goalie.

Well It is no surprise too if the midfielder gets the MoM anyway

But try this scenario too :

The match between Team A and Team B ended in 1-0 win for Team A but the resilient GK of Team B of saving more than 20 shots on goal makes him rated higher than the midfielder who started most of Team A's attacks. MoM?
